School Sports Physicals Offered at John Randolph Medical Center Festival on June 21
(HOPEWELL, VA) June 11, 2008 John Randolph Medical Center will be offering school sports physicals as part of its Summer Health and Wellness Festival on Saturday, June 21.
The festival, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the hospital grounds, will include free health screenings, a vendor fair, childrens activities and other events.
For the school sports physicals, students must have a completed VHSL athletic participation form, which can be obtained from their school, online at www.vhsl.org or at the festival. There is a $25 fee for the physicals, which will be conducted on a first-come, first served basis.
